Whenever we ask these questions to clients, almost invariably what is underneath the buzz words of ‘my beliefs’, ‘my story’, ‘my emotions’ is that the person is unaware how their inate and well practiced feedback loops are working in their life.


They literally can’t see them because the whole process – the event, the trigger and the response — have all collapsed into what seems like ONE experience. 


Many of us want to change, but we just don’t know how - we don’t know which lever to pull.
